LeTourneau Hall – Off-Campus Dorm-Style Living Based on my old residence hall, LeTourneau Hall is a college dorm-inspired communal living apartment. A little boxy, perhaps; but no more so than your average real-world academia building. Admittedly, there are probably more beds in this lot than can be filled, but I didn’t want to upload something with a lot of TS3-style void space where people probably live, but you never see them. Nonetheless, the innermost bedroom on the first floor (US 2nd floor) I decided would be better suited for the RA’s office and a storage room. After all, I mentioned a resident assistant in my catalogue description, so I figured she needed a place to do her work. There wasn’t much space on the lot to do a lot of landscaping, but I framed most of the ground-floor windows with shrubs so you could see something more interesting than just the next-door lot when you looked out of it. By default, there’s no CC on this lot, but it can benefit from Madhox’s Halcyon closet set and Kaiso’s Rusti.co Office Set printer.
