Sims 4 Construction Career
Is your sim ready for bulldozers and hand tools? Then they need this mod. It adds a construction rabbithole career to the game. It has ten levels and upon completion of the career track, your sim will earn a unique reward trait. The trait will increase work performance so you can continue to get quick raises, or carry the boost over to a new career. It also grants unique social interactions and lowers social need decay. As with my other careers, I varied the skills necessary for promotion to make it a little more realistic and challenging. I hope you enjoy. Happy simming!

| Description: Unskilled but willing to break your back with manual labor? You’re hired! The hours are long, but the pay is reasonable. Work on your mechanical ability and keep fit if you want to move up the ranks. | |

| Description: Drilling? BLASTING? Now you’re talking! It’s just an apprenticeship, so the pay isn’t great, but there’s advancement potential, and you get a chance to blow stuff up. Just make sure to work on your logic skill so you don’t accidentally blow YOURSELF up. | |
