Modern living with somewhere for Mom! Complete separate in-law suite with 1 bedroom and a full bath and kitchenette with it’s own entrance and garden area. Wine cellar. Workshop in garage. Very lavish garden with pool. Sloping landscape with in-ground garages. Pond out front with fish and turtles and ducks. ☺

I did use the Oasis kit in this.

I used a couple of new terrain paints, which I did that you can find linked. You don’t need them if you’d rather use defaults.

Other CC was used for the angled windows – from Peacemaker’s Vaulted Ranch Modern build set. If you prefer EA windows, just use whichever you’d like.

**NOTE** – Please turn testingcheats on, bb.moveobjects on, bb.ShowHiddenObjects, bb.ShowLiveEditObjects, BEFORE PLACING THIS LOT.
