This is the first house I adventure to make using rocks, elevated foundation and more…
It’s supposed to be a halloween themed house, where vampires, witches or wizards can live in it… or any human brave enough to face the haunted lot.
It has two floors, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It has a side lake, where legend says that men used to have their boats drowned by mystic beings…

PS: the kits "country kitchen" and "industrial loft" were used, but not required.

How do you use Sims 4 mods ? Extract the two files within the . zip file and place both of them into your Sims 4 mods folder. The mods folder is found in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mod
