All the mods changing the effects of potions:
Real Potion of Rejuvenation: the stupid potion will now actually age down your sim… or age them up, if it fails.
Potion of Nausea is Poison: on the same note, the potion of nausea will now make the sim just vomit only initially… once the nausea effect will wear off…. it will reveal itself for actual, deadly, poison. 100% deadly, no antidots will work… they have some chance to overcome the poison, but if they fail to… they’re left to enjoy a slow and painful death.

Real Potion of Immortality: the potion of immortality will make sims really immortal, can’t age, can’t die, also removed the VFX

How do you use Sims 4 mods ? Extract the two files within the . zip file and place both of them into your Sims 4 mods folder. The mods folder is found in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mod
