The Sims 4 Model 501 – No CC
I tried to make a tiny starter home and got a tiny bit carried away. I think it came out pretty good though since the build isn’t more than 18,000 simoleons. This build has 2 Beds and 1 Bathroom w/ a gazebo and a nice amount of yard space. bb.moveobjects is enabled and I believe I used some of the game’s hidden & live edit objects. Let me know how ya’ll like it!

How do you use Sims 4 mods ? Extract the two files within the . zip file and place both of them into your Sims 4 mods folder. The mods folder is found in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mod
