No ThrifTea Daily Notification

You know if you need this. By default, with High School Years, there is a notification that triggers daily at 7AM. Come check out ThrifTea! There are two versions of this mod (only use one): noThriftTeaExclusiveNotification – Disables the notification completely ThrifTea_LessExclusive – Basically reduces the chance to get the notification.
